To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please take note of our cancellation policy: Party Bookings : • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. • If you need to cancel your party, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to reschedule and retain your deposit. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • Changes to the number of guests should be made at least 3 days before your scheduled party. No-Shows: • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedules for no-shows.
