LEARN THE PROCESS OF TUFTING
**Before your visit:
CHOOSE A DESIGN
No matter it is an anime character or just a minimalist liner, or bring your own custom design.
**A design with large color blocks and less-detailed is HIGHLY recommended for beginners!!
LEARN & PRACTICE
Before you start on your frame, we will give you instruction of basic tufting skills and let you practice on our practice frame.
DRAFTING
Drawing the outline of your design on the fabric with markers, casting by our mini projector.

Now you can use the tufting machine to create your own unique rug on your frame and enjoy the fun experience!!
COLOR SELECTION
We have up to 90 colors to choose from. You can choose any shades for your rug!!
GLUEING, BACKING & TRIMMING**
We will take over the remaining steps once you are done with your project, such as applying the professional carpet adhesive on the pieces, applying the non-slip backing and trimming basically for you.
NOTES:
As we have to set up the frame and all the stuff you need before your visit, a non-refundable online deposit is required for your booking. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope you will enjoy your first tufting experience!
FAQ
Q: Can my friend and I work on one rug?
A: Yes! If two people would like to do one rug together, please select '1' for the number of participant on our booking form. Due to safety restriction, we only allow two people taking turns to work on our <small> frame at once.
Q: If I cannot finish my work on the booking day, can I come back another day?
A: Yes! You are allowed to separate it into two sessions. After two sessions, there would be extra charge for each additional session.
Q: What should I bring to the session?
A: For safety purpose, we highly recommend bringing a hair tie to secure long hair and a water bottle for all the participants to stay hydrated. Food and drinks are allowed in your session as it may takes a bit longer time and you may feel hungry during your tufting session.
Q: Is there any age requirement?
A: Any participant under the age of 12 will require a parent/guardian present.
Q: Can I bring my rug home at the same day?
A: It depends. Normally it takes 1-2 business days to complete as we do not only just shave it, we also do the shaping as professional. But we will do our best to accommodate if you are travelling in the city, or have a urgent gift request.
Q: How should I clean my rug if it gets dirty?
A: Please do spot cleaning only. Do not machine wash and please do not pull out any yarns from it. :-(
