Our expert instructors will guide you through the process, and you'll leave with a beautiful piece of art that you can proudly display in your home. Join us for a fun and inspiring class that will leave you feeling accomplished and proud of your new skills. Check out the process of tufting below! **♦ Before your visit: CHOOSE A DESIGN No matter it is an anime character or just a minimalist liner, or bring your own custom design (A design with large color blocks and less-detailed is HIGHLY recommended for beginners!!) ♦ DRAFTING Drawing the outline of your design on the fabric with markers, casting by our mini projector. ♦ COLOR SELECTION We have up to 90 colors to choose from. You can choose any shades for your rug. ♦ LEARN & PRACTICE Before you start on your frame, we will give you instruction of basic tufting skills and let you practice on our practice frame. ♥ TUFT TUFT!!! ♥ Now you can use the tufting machine to create your own unique rug on your frame and enjoy the fun experience!! **♦ GLUEING, BACKING & TRIMMING We will take over the remaining steps once you are done with your project, such as applying the professional carpet adhesive on the pieces, applying the non-slip backing and trimming basically for you. NOTES: As we have to set up the frame and all the stuff you need before your visit, a $50 online deposit is required in your booking. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope you will enjoy your first tufting experience! FAQ: Q: Can my friend and I work on one rug? A: Yes! As we only charge by frames, if two people would like to do one rug at once, please choose our <medium> or <large> frame and select '1' for number of participants on the booking form. Due to safety restriction, we do not allow two people working on our <small> frame at once. Q: If I cannot finish my work on the booking day, can I come back another day? A: Yes! You are allowed to separate it into two sessions. After two sessions, there would be extra charge for each additional session. Q: How should I clean my rug if it gets dirty? A: Please do spot cleaning only. Do not machine wash and please do not pull out any yarns from it. :-(

Cancellation Policy
As a small business, we are heavily impacted when a customer cancel late or no show because their time slots are no longer able to be filled by someone else. If you cancel late ( within 24 hours of your appointment ) or failed to show up( arrive late more than 30 minutes ), you won’t be entitled to a refund for this deposit, it will be absorbed to cover the costs incurred by missing your booked appointment with us. If you move or cancel your appointment with appropriate notice ( at least 24 hours notice ) the deposit will automatically be placed in your client file as a credit. You could use this credit for a future appointment. All appointment reservation deposits are non-refundable.
